Hiring at Pintarly is yours. You'll write the job posts, read the applications, line up the interviews, and stay with candidates right up to the day they sign. It's a lot of moving pieces and very little bureaucracy. If someone falls through the cracks there's nobody else to catch them, which is exactly what makes this worth doing early in your career.

What you’ll do

• Write and publish job posts from the Pintarly HR dashboard.
• Read the applications that come in and get interviews on the calendar.
• Keep candidates posted until there's a decision, either way.
• Keep staff and bank details clean so payroll goes out right.

What we look for

• You can juggle a lot of candidates without losing track of any of them.
• Messaging strangers on WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn doesn't faze you.
• You write clear, polite Indonesian.
• You've got a laptop and internet you can rely on.
