About the role

Pintarly is used by more than 650,000 Indonesian students, and around 70,000 new ones sign up every month. You decide which feature gets built next, then stay with it until it ships and the numbers come back. This is not a document-writing role. You talk to users directly, read the data yourself, and work with engineers and designers every day.

What you’ll do

• Decide what gets built next, and more importantly, what does not.
• Write feature requirements clear enough for engineers and designers to start from.
• Talk to real users and read the data yourself instead of waiting for reports.
• Follow a feature through to launch, then measure whether it actually helped.

What we look for

• Can explain why a feature should be built, not just what it contains.
• Comfortable reading data yourself and drawing conclusions from it.
• Have finished something on your own, however small, and can walk through the process.
• Able to start immediately and work with the team daily.
